Jerry was awesome to work with. This was our first experience in purchasing large trees for transplant at our home and Jerry made the process easy. He was very responsive to my questions, educated me about the process, and made the entire experience easy. He installed the trees while taking great care to avoid lawn damage, cleaned up nicely afterwards, and left the property looking better than before he arrived. I would highly recommend Arbor Hill Tree Farm.

Highly recommend! Jerry and his team did an amazing job installing a new tree in our backyard. They were professional and helpful from start to finish, including advice on the type of tree and placement. They took precautions not to create any mess and avoid power lines and structures, with the result being a beautiful tree to shade our deck. Thanks again Jerry!

We are very pleased with our Colorado Spruce and Balsam Fir and the service from Jerry and Arbor Hill Tree Farm. We chose both trees, they delivered on time, planted, meticulously cleaned up around the tree, and we were given verbal care instructions. The price was cheaper than big garden centers. Very satisfied!

The best customer service and install of a beautiful 14' Blue Spruce. I will order more from them in the future! They took great care in protecting my lawn, sprinkler system, and fence during the install. Jerry gave me lots of good advice about my existing trees and how to care for them also. No doubt, best in the business!

May 12th my husband and I went to Arbor Hill Tree farm and picked out the tree we wanted installed. They were very nice and knowledgeable during our visit there. They advised us that the equipment they used was safe to be driven on our existing lawn and wouldn't damage it. They told us that the tree install would take about 6 weeks since this was their busy season and that we should hear from them in about 2-3 weeks about an install date. After about 3-4 weeks and still not receiving a call I called them for information once on 06/07 before finally receiving a call back on 06/15. Jerry stated he was sorry but that we could set the install date up for 06/22 and I would receive a call the week prior about our flag. On June 19th they called to advise us to set out our flag for our install in 06/22. On 06/22 I called them to confirm their arrival since I had not heard anything regarding a time of arrival. They called me back 1 hour later and stated that my tree would not be installed due to the rain that we got earlier in the week it pushed the schedule behind. They rescheduled me for 06/28 from 9-10 am install. I received a call at 7:13 am to confirm their arrival. After no arrival
